About

I began my career building and testing in marketing automation platforms. My focus then shifted to strategy: understanding the ‘why' behind MarTech implementation, and helping to shape my clients’ marketing technology roadmaps and their success. I believe my developer roots contribute significantly to the success of solutions and strategies that I design.

The Customer Experience and MarTech spaces will continue to present new challenges and opportunities for my customers, and I thrive in this changing landscape. Where many see challenge and difficulty when it comes to new tech, I see an opportunity. I’m always eager to share my knowledge and inspire future CX leaders – if businesses can be conscious of how they relate to their customers, they can be inspired to deliver customer-centric experiences.
